360 degree feedback – or multi-rater feedback – is a well established method of collecting data with which to inform individual performance coaching, training needs analysis, and succession planning.
View From Here Ltd is a coaching, training and facilitation practice based in Cumbria in the UK. We very much value the relationships we have with our clients. We prefer to work with you to develop competency, values or behaviour statements against which to collect feedback; and we really enjoy helping you work out what to do with the feedback data once it is collected. However we can also provide a stand alone service where you give us the statements or questions and you make use of the data in your own way.
